Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and your sale of diabetic supplies to Heartland Diabetic Buyer (formerly Midwest Diabetic Buyer), located at 5105 S US Highway 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802-4790. By requesting a quote or selling supplies to us, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We purchase unused, factory-sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies — such as continuous glucose monitor sensors, insulin pump pods, and test strips — directly from individuals, through local pickup in the Terre Haute area and a mail-in program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the supplies you sell to us. By selling to us, you affirm both.

Quotes and offers

Quotes provided by phone, text, or through our website are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Every offer is subject to physical verification of the items — brand, model, quantity, seal integrity, condition, and expiration dates. If the items we receive match what you described, we pay the quoted amount. If they differ, we will contact you with a revised offer before completing the transaction. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, quotes are valid for 14 days.

What we do not buy

We do not buy opened or partially used boxes, expired products, prescription medications of any kind (including insulin), or supplies obtained through Medicaid, which federal rules prohibit reselling. We may decline any item at our discretion.

Local transactions

For local pickup or drop-off, we verify your items in person and pay you on the spot once verification is complete.

Mail-in transactions

If you use our mail-in program, we provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Please pack items securely; items damaged in transit due to inadequate packing may reduce the final offer. After your package arrives, we verify the contents and send payment promptly by the method agreed at quote time. If we revise an offer after verification and you decline it, we will return your items to you. Items we cannot buy (opened, expired, or damaged) will be returned at your request within 14 days of our notice to you; otherwise we may securely dispose of or donate them.

Your representations

By selling to us, you represent that the items are yours to sell, were lawfully obtained, are not stolen or subject to any recall you are aware of, and match the description you provided. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected stolen or fraudulently obtained goods.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice. We buy and sell supplies; we do not provide medical services or guidance. Talk to your healthcare provider about your care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any transaction is limited to the amount we agreed to pay you for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Vigo County, Indiana.
