FAQ

Straight answers

Is it legal to sell my diabetic supplies?

Yes — supplies you purchased and own outright are yours to sell. We can't buy prescription medications, and federal rules prohibit reselling supplies obtained through Medicaid.

How fast do I get paid?

Local sellers are paid on the spot at pickup. Mail-in sellers are paid fast once the package arrives and we verify seals and expiration dates.

What condition do my supplies need to be in?

Factory sealed, unexpired, and undamaged. Longer expiration dates earn stronger offers.

Do you buy insulin?

No. We never buy insulin or any prescription medication — only non-prescription supplies like sensors, pods, and test strips.

How do you set your prices?

By brand, model, and expiration date. Dexcom and Omnipod are our inventory focus and earn our strongest offers.

Are you the same company as Midwest Diabetic Buyer?

Yes — we recently changed our name from Midwest Diabetic Buyer to Heartland Diabetic Buyer. Same local team, same phone number, same fast payouts.

What if I'm not near Terre Haute?

Use our free mail-in program. We email you a prepaid shipping label, you ship your supplies, and we pay you fast after they arrive.

Does shipping cost me anything?

No. Mail-in shipping labels are prepaid by us.
